Breakfast pizza

A delicious and easy take on a loaded nan, inspired by Italian fiorentina pizza flavours with a twist by @saishafoodie_x

Ingredients

  • 1 pack Najma Turkey Rashers, chopped
  • 1 Flatbread or Naan
  • ½ cup Grated cheese
  • 1-2 tbsp tomato passata
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder or 1small garlic clove, minced
  • Pinch of chilli flakes
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • ½ red pepper, diced
  • 4 small mushrooms, diced
  • ½ small Red onion, diced
  • Small handful of spinach, chopped
  • 1 egg

Method

Pre-heat oven to 180°C.

In a small bowl, season passata with salt, pepper, garlic and chili flakes and spread over flatbread/naan.

Add chopped spinach and top with your cheese.  Top with red peppers, mushrooms, red onion and Najma Turkey Rashers.

Make a well in the middle of the pizza and carefully crack the egg in it

Place in the oven for 10-12 minutes, until egg is cooked.
