Ingredients

  • 1 pack Najma Turkey Rashers
  • 4 Sourdough bread
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 4 eggs
  • 8 Frozen hasbrowns
  • 220g Piccobella cherry tomatoes
  • 2 cans of beans
  • 1 Pack Najma Chicken Sausages (optional)
  • 2 cups of washed mushrooms, sliced (optional)

Method

Pre-heat oven and follow instructions to cook the hash browns.  Drizzle some olive oil over the tomatoes and pop it on a tray in the oven until slightly roasted (approx. 10-12 mins)

In a frying pack, over medium heat with little oil, fry the Najma rashers- turning occasionally, until crispy.  If you are planning to add the sausages, you can fry them in the same pan

In another pan, generously drizzle some oil and shallow fry the mushrooms, until brown and caramelised. Remove from the pan, season everything with salt and pepper

In a small saucepan, heat up the beans over low heat. Keep warm

Toast the bread and butter it.
