Chicken Meat (85%), Water, Chicken Skins, Potato Starch, Salt, Vegetable Fibres (Gluten Free Wheat, Pea), Spices (Mustard), Flavourings & Spice Extracts, Antioxidant: Ascorbic Acid, Spicy Seasoning (1.5%) (Mustard).

Cooking Guidelines

Instructions: This product is ready to eat. However, we recommend to re-heat it, using the instructions below:
All appliances vary, these are guidelines only. Not suitable for microwave re-heating.

Grill
Instructions: Pre-heat grill to medium heat. Place sausages on a rack and grill for 10-12 mins. Turn occasionally.

Shallow Fry
Instructions: Fry in a little oil over a medium heat for 5-8 mins. Turn occasionally.
