COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
We have given you these cooking instructions as a guide only. Shallow fry: Use a non- stick pan or lightly oil a frying pan. Heat pan to a medium to high heat. Fry for 2-3 mins on each side until golden. Grill: Pre-heat the grill on a medium heat. Place rashers on a baking tray. Grill rashers for 2-3 mins each side until they are golden.
